Description
co-open is an FPS (first person shopping) slice of life adventure game. In it you play as a kid who is sent on their first independent grocery run by their grandmother, and you are free to get whatever you like. Aside from the casual shopping experience, there are also other places to explore, and a variety of characters with small cute personal quests.
co-open is a very low stakes slice of life game with a focus on supportive communication and casual queer representation. It is set in a small town community-owned grocery store, and touches on supportive social systems. In this game we wanted to show a safe and inclusive environment in a casual form, while giving the player a welcoming way to explore it without pressure and at their own pace.
